Aim Control's linear motor ivers are the most dynamic, versatile, and cost effective on the market. With their exceptional accuracy, stability, and flexibility, they are capable of satisfying the most demanding linear motor control requirements.
Aim Controls' Linear Motor Drivers feature:
1. Wide motor speed with extended torque range.
2. Smooth, quiet and efficient motor operation.
3. Encoder Input for Open or closed loop operation for each axis.
4. Isolated I/O connections for four I/O lines (e.g., limit switches, relays).
5. Expands to three axis linear motor capability.
AIM works with each customer to analyze the problem(s) in a particular system and then offer a custom solution if required. AIM can also design and build custom Linear drivers on a quantity basis.
Electrical Specifications -- +12 to 450 vdc (contact Aim for power supply requirements); 50 amps max.; USB interface for step, direction and brake (contact AIM for USB communication protocol); step, direction & brake inputs; dual encoder (A, B, & I) inputs, plus 4 I/O for limit switches.
